Terms of use and participation conditions
Dear Colleagues,
We thank you for your interest in attending the TYBA Yacht Charter Show. As we have previously announced, our online registrations will be closed as of April 18th.
The early registration ends by March 31st, and all the registrations close by April 20th.
If you miss the online registration, you can still apply to register on-site at the show registration desk, however you may be asked to provide proof of your status as a yacht charter broker, certified travel agent, or an industry-related vendor to gain access to the show and entry permit to the show area is not guaranteed for any late applicants, the fees are with additional 30% late registration fee and your name will not be displayed on show catalogue if you register after April 20th.

All the fees are non-refundable.
BROKERS
All professional yacht charter brokers are invited to participate at the TYBA Yacht Charter Shows.
All registration applications are subject to review and approval by the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee.
Within 96 office hours of submitting your online registration form, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming approval of your attendance. Please do not make any payments until after you have received e-mail confirmation from the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee.
TYBA, MYBA, CYBA, CROAYA, IYBA, AYCA, ECPY association members as well as Yachtfolio subscribers in good standing will automatically be accepted to the show. Brokers who do not fall under any of these categories will be requested to provide broker references and official company registration documents as proof of their operation as charter brokers for at least 2 years. The EURO / TL exchange rate of Turkish Central Bank Euro selling rate on the day will be applied for TL payments.
BROKER REGISTRATION FEE:
- TYBA Members: Euro 150.- first person* (including 20% VAT)
- Additional brokers* from the same company: Euro 100.- (Employment proof (SGK Hizmet Dökümü) will be required.)
- TYBA Central Agent fee: Even if multiple yachts registered, just 1 CA Broker fee is waived.
- Non-TYBA Members: Euro 200.- per person (including 20% VAT)
CANCELLATION: All types of registration fees are non-refundable.
TRAVEL AGENTS, EXHIBITORS & VENDORS
Accredited Travel Agents, yachting industry related services and equipment providers and vendors can enter the show as visitors paying the below entry fees.
Vendors who wish to exhibit their services & equipment can also rent booths at the show area. Please fill the relevant Application forms.
REGISTRATION FEE:
- All the visitors in this category: Euro 200.- per person (including VAT) for day pass
- Or: Euro 500 per person (including VAT) for full show – 5 days
- Daily pass for all other visitors: On the permitted last day of the show and by invitation only from a participating yacht or broker (*older than 16 years old) Euro 120.- (including VAT)
The EURO / TL exchange rate of Turkish Central Bank Euro selling rate on the day will be applied for TL payments.
CANCELLATION: All types of registration fees are non-refundable.
BOOTHS
- 3 x 3 m booths: EURO 1.800 plus VAT, corner stands are charged with 50% extra. (2 free passes for the show)
- 4 x 3 m booths: EURO 3.000 plus VAT, only corner stands. (2 free passes for the show)
- 4 x 4 m booths: EURO 4.200 plus VAT, only corner stands. (2 free passes for the show)
- Double Booths - 3 x 6 meters: EURO 3.600 plus VAT, corner stands are charged with 50% extra. (4 free passes for the show)
- Double Booths - 4 x 8 meters: Euro 8.000 plus VAT. (4 free passes)
- Custom-size booth: Prices on request.
YACHTS
Only commercially registered crewed mono-hulls that are over 20m in length and catamarans over 14m in length* with two or more crew members, represented by a TYBA member and/or by a Central Agent who is a member of an Internationally recognized yacht chartering associations, i.e. MYBA, CYBA, CROYA, IYBA, AYCA, ECPY can register for and participate in the TYBA Yacht Charter Show.
All yacht registrations are subject to review and approval by the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. It may be necessary for a member of the Show Committee to inspect a yacht or seek references before approving a registering yacht.
Within 96 office hours of submitting your online registration form, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail. Please do not make any payments until after you have received e-mail confirmation from the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee.
The EURO / TL exchange rate of Turkish Central Bank Euro selling rate on the day will be applied for TL payments.
Registration of yachts over 20m up to 24m, including a maximum of 4 catamarans, are limited to a maximum of 10 entries on the jetty and an additional 4 more yachts at the anchorage. This limit may increase depending on the available parking space on the jetty.
Applications in excess of these limits will be waitlisted and accepted to show by the show committee if there is berthing and/or anchorage availability. Yachts represented or owned by TYBA members and yachts represented by CAs who are members of internationally recognized associations (MYBA, CYBA, CROYA, IYBA, AYCA) can enter the show; non TYBA members can enter maximum of 2 yachts alone or with a TYBA Co-Central on the jetty and further 2 at the anchorage, total of max 4.
Any central agent bringing a yacht to the anchorage area must register the yacht, regardless of the purpose of its stay at the show's anchorage area or its physical proximity to the show jetty. Any yacht or central agent that does not comply with this rule will be blacklisted and will not be permitted to participate in current or future shows.
Any yacht brought into the anchorage area without being registered for the show and without paying any participation fee is strictly prohibited from being visited by any local or international broker who is duly registered and participating in the TYBA Charter Show.
Should any yacht broker or yacht agency violate this rule by taking brokers from the Show area to such unregistered yachts within the anchorage area, they will be blacklisted and barred from participating in any current or future editions of the Show.
The TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee is the sole authority for the acceptance of participating yachts, as well as for berthing, planning, and the parking order. Any yacht that does not comply with this rule will not be admitted to the show.
After first 60 yachts registry applications is reached TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee has right to offer participating yachts to join the show at anchorage paying 30% discounted entry fee.

Catamarans fixed index of entry fee will be applied by 50% increment to fixed rate.
The length that will be used in calculating the participation fee will be the same length that is submitted by the yacht's Owner or central agent when completing the Yacht Registration Form, and it can not be any different from the length shown in the Show catalogue. Extra charges apply for the higher length if there is a discrepancy between the lengths. The show committee has the full right to ask for the actual measurement of the yacht participating if in dispute.
YACHT PAYMENTS:
Yachts accepted to the show will need to pay their initial 50% registration fee in 10 days after the acceptance letter is sent to their CA's in order to be displayed as an attending yacht.
The balance fees payable no later than 31 March. Yachts delaying any of the payments will not be accepted to the show.
CANCELLATION: Yacht registration fees are non-refundable and not transferable, Show Committee has right to decide and accept or decline transfer of funds for another yacht's participation by the same CA if there is attendance availability at the pier or at the anchorage. In this case the any incremental difference asper LOA fixed fee will be requested and needs to be paid in full again.
Central Agents attending the show to represent an attending yacht will also need to register as a Broker. Terms and fees under the 'Brokers' section will be applied.
Yachts with Co-Central Agents pay the Non-TYBA fees.
IMPORTANT: The early registration ends by March 31st, and all the registrations close by April 20th, after this date participants may not appear in the list of attending brokers/yachts or exhibitors in the website & Show Catalogue.
Registration acceptance processes for the entries after this date may take longer than usual and acceptance of late applications may not be accepted by the Show Committee due to ongoing show preparations. Last minute applications will be processed at the registration desk, proof of yachting industry involvement will be requested, please beware priority will be given to already registered attendees registration formalities.
