Fees & Terms


BROKERS

All professional yacht brokers and yacht charter brokers are invited to participate in the 2nd TYBA Yacht Charter Show taking place at Yalıkavak Marina between 9 – 12 May 2019. All registration applications are subject to review and approval by the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. Within 48 hours of submitting your online registration form, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your application. Please do not make any payments until after you have received e-mail confirmation from the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. TYBA, MYBA, CYBA Members as well as Yachtfolio subscribers in good standing will automatically be accepted to the show. Brokers who do not fall under any of these categories will be requested to provide broker references and official company registration documents as proof of their operation as charter brokers.

EARLY REGISTRATION FEE: (Valid for all registrations submitted on or before 01 March 2019 – covers entrance for the duration of the show)
TYBA Members: Euro 75.- per person
Non-TYBA Members: Euro 100.- per person

LATE REGISTRATION FEE: (Valid for all registrations submitted on or after 01 March 2019 – covers entrance for the duration of the show)
TYBA Members: Euro 100.- per person
Non-TYBA Members: Euro 125.- per person

CANCELLATION: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Registration Fees must be paid in full to confirm registration.

Late registration fees will be applicable if registering and paying at the reception desk during the show dates.

Broker registration may be transferred from one Broker to another within the same company.

Brokers should only be representing the company under which they registered and which was accepted by the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee.

A business card will be required while picking up the show badges.

New registrations as well as changes and/or modifications to existing registrations submitted on or after 01 April 2019 will not appear in the official printed show catalogue and/or any other printed show publications. Only brokers who have completed their registration and paid the attendance fee before 01 April 2019 will appear in the official printed show catalogue.

In order to support proper, ethical industry protocol, brokers are kindly asked not to visit any charter yachts that may be taking position close to show grounds during the show period who have not officially registered as a participating yacht.

Any broker/brokerage firm that enters the show without an entry pass will be kindly asked to leave and will not be allowed to attend future shows.

 

DAY PASSES (only available on the day of the visit from the Reception Desk)

Brokers who wish to visit the show only for 1 day can obtain daily access badges at the Reception Desk. A fee of Euro 100.- per person will be applicable which can be paid by credit card (VISA & Mastercard) or cash at the Reception Desk.

Broker Clients may obtain daily access badges at the Reception Desk. A fee of Euro 100.- per person per day will be applicable which can be paid by credit card (VISA & Mastercard) or cash at the Reception Desk. Broker Clients should be accompanied by their hosting brokers while attending the show. Broker Client passes are not transferable from one guest to another.

Travel Agents who wish to visit the show only for 1 day can obtain daily access badges at the Reception Desk. A fee of Euro 100.- per person will be applicable which can be paid by credit card (VISA & Mastercard) or cash at the Reception Desk.

Brokers & Travel Agents who will be attending only for one day but who have completed their application and paid for it in full before 01 April 2019 will appear in the official show catalogue.

Any broker or travel agent that enters the show without an entry pass will be kindly asked to leave and will not be allowed to attend future shows.

 

TRAVEL AGENTS

Travel Agents may attend the show provided that they have been invited to the show by a registered yacht charter broker and will be viewing yachts in the company of this broker. A fee of Euro 200.- per person to cover entrance for the duration of the show will be applicable and can be paid by bank transfer, credit card (VISA & Mastercard) or cash at the Reception Desk.

Any travel agent that enters the show without an entry pass will be kindly asked to leave and will not be allowed to attend future shows.

 

YACHTS

Only legally operating crewed yachts that are over 20m in length and presented by a Central Agent can register for and participate in the TYBA Yacht Charter Show. Yachts below 20m in length will be taken into consideration by the Show Committee based on availability of mooring spots closer to the show date. All yacht registrations are subject to review and approval by the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. It may be necessary for a member of the Show Commitee to inspect a yacht or seek references before approving a registering yacht. Within 48 hours of submitting your online registration form, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail. Please do not make any payments until after you have received e-mail confirmation from the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. Once a yacht receives an e-mail from the Show Committee approving pariticipation, the yacht owner will need make total payment within 72 hours in order to reserve the yacht’s spot at the show.

Entry fee of 300 Euro plus 30 Euro for every meter of length above 20m
i.e. A 20m yacht will pay participation fee of Euro 300
i.e. A 25m yacht will pay participation fee of 450 Euro (300 + 5×30)
i.e. A 31.35m yacht will pay participation fee of 630 Euro (300 + 11×30)
i.e. A 36.6m yacht will pay pariticipation fee of 810 Euro (300 + 17×30)

When calculating pariticipation fee of yachts, lengths with decimals between .01 – 0.49 will be rounded down to the nearest integer while lengths with decimal places betwee 0.50-0.99 will be rounded up to the nearest integer.

Length which will be used in calculating participation fee will be the same length that is submitted by the yacht’s Owner or Central Agent when completing the Yacht Registration Form.

Only yachts that have completed their registration and paid the attendance fee before 01 April 2019 will appear in the official printed show catalogue.

 

LATE REGISTRATION FEE: (Valid for all registrations submitted after 01 March 2019 – covers participation for the duration of the show)
Entry fee of 450 Euro plus 45 Euro for every meter of length above 20m
i.e. A 20m yacht will pay participation fee of Euro 450
i.e. A 25m yacht will pay participation fee of 675 Euro (450 + 5×45)
i.e. A 31.35m yacht will pay participation fee of 945 Euro (450 + 11×45)
i.e. A 36.6m yacht will pay pariticipation fee of 1,215 Euro (450 + 17×45)

CANCELLATION: Registration fees are non-refundable.

CENTRAL AGENCY CHANGE: In case of any changes in the assigned Central Agent of any vessel after the TYBA Show Committee has confirmed participation of the subject vessel, the yacht can only maintain its spot at the show if the new assigned Central Agent is also approved by the TYBA Show Committee. In such a case an additional adjustment fee equal to 50% of the original registration fee will be applicable.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: All yachts have to register by 15 April 2019.

POLLUTION POLICY: The Show Organizer’s retain the right to exclude yachts causing any nuisance among other yachts and exhibitors.

Registration Fees must be paid in full to confirm registration.

Yacht registration may be transferred from one yacht to another, for one time only and no later than 01 March 2019, within the same Central Agent fleet of attending yachts. Any increase in registration fee due to difference in size will be requested from the Central Agent. Any decrease in registration fee due to difference in size minus banking fees will be refunded to Central Agent.

Each yacht’s original registration and insurance documents will need to be presented to the Yalıkavak Marina head office upon arrival at the show area.

New registrations as well as changes and/or modifications to existing registrations submitted on or after 01 April, 2019 will not appear in the official printed show catalogue and/or any other printed show publications.

Yachts are requested to be ready for mooring at Yalıkavak Marina from 08:00AM onwards on 08 May, 2019 and may remain at their position at the show area free of berthing fees (except for utility fees) until 12:00PM on 013 May, 2019. All attending yachts must take their berthing position on 08 May, 2019 and may not leave the show area before 18:00PM on 12 May 2019. Utility fees will be charged by Yalıkavak Marina at 25% discounted rates for attending yachts. Generators are not allowed to be run during the show; all yachts participating at the show must be able to utilize shore power.

 

Central Agents attending the show to represent an attending yacht will also need to register as a Broker. Terms and fees under the ‘Brokers’ section will be applied.

 

EXHIBITORS

Terms and fees for exhibitors with stands will be available on this page soon.

Exhibitors without stands may obtain access badges at the Reception Desk. A fee of Euro 200.- per person to cover entrance for the duration of the show will be applicable and can be paid by bank transfer, credit card (VISA & Mastercard) or cash at the Reception Desk.
