Fees & Terms


BROKERS

All professional yacht charter brokers are invited to participate at the TYBA Yacht Charter Show  taking place  between 05- 09 May 2023. All registration applications are subject to review and approval by the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. Within 48 hours of submitting your online registration form, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your application. Please do not make any payments until after you have received e-mail confirmation from the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. TYBA, MYBA, CYBA, IYBA, AYCA association members as well as Yachtfolio subscribers in good standing will automatically be accepted to the show. Brokers who do not fall under any of these categories will be requested to provide broker references and official company registration documents as proof of their operation as charter brokers. The EURO / TL exchange rate of Turkish Central Bank Euro selling rate on the day will be applied for TL payments.

REGISTRATION FEE:
TYBA Members: Euro 120.- per person (including %18 VAT)
Non-TYBA Members: Euro 150.- per person (including %18 VAT)

CANCELLATION: All types of registration fees are non-refundable.

 

TRAVEL  AGENTS,  EXHIBITORS & VENDORS

 

REGISTRATION FEE:
All the visitors in this category ;

Euro 200.- per person (including VAT) for day pass

Or  Euro 500 per person (including VAT) for full show – 5 days

*Daily pass for all other visitors on the permitted days and by invitation only (older than 16 years old) Euro 150.- (including VAT)

The EURO / TL exchange rate of Turkish Central Bank Euro selling rate on the day will be applied for TL payments.

CANCELLATION: All types of registration fees are non-refundable.

 

YACHTS

Only commercially registered crewed mono-hulls that are over 20m  in length and catamarans over 15m in length* with two or more crew members, represented by a TYBA member and/or by a Central Agent who is a member of an Internationally recognized yacht chartering associations, i.e. MYBA, CYBA, IYBA, AYCA  can register for and participate in the TYBA Yacht Charter Show. All yacht registrations are subject to review and approval by the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. It may be necessary for a member of the Show Committee to inspect a yacht or seek references before approving a registering yacht. Within 48 hours of submitting your online registration form, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail. Please do not make any payments until after you have received e-mail confirmation from the TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee. The EURO / TL exchange rate of Turkish Central Bank Euro selling rate on the day will be applied for TL payments.  Registration of yachts over 20m and catamarans over 15m up to 23,99m is limited to maximum 20% of the show’s berthing capacity on the pier and together with those at anchorage max 30% of the show capacity. Applications in excess of these limits will be waitlisted and accepted to show by the show committee if there is berthing and/or anchorage availability. Yachts represented or owned by TYBA members and yachts represented by CA’s who are members of Internationally recognized associations( MYBA, CYBA, IYBA, AYCA) can enter the show.

 

TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee is the sole authority for berthing and planning of the yachts and the parking order, any yacht not complying with this rule will not be admitted to the show.

 

After first 50 yachts registry applications is reached TYBA Yacht Charter Show Committee has right to offer participating yachts to join the show at anchorage paying 20% discounted entry fee. 

 

 REGISTRATION FEES FOR YACHTS REPRESENTED BY TYBA MEMBERS

For monohulls up to 23,99m and 160 m2 ( LOA x Beam) entry fee is  840 Euro plus 18% VAT, in excess of 23,99 meters and over 160 m2 the entry fee is calculated basis € 4 per excess sqm over 160 m2.

i.e. A LOA 22m by 6.5m  monohull will pay participation fee of Euro 991 (Euro 840 + 18% VAT)
i.e. A LOA 30m by 7,5m monohull will pay participation fee of Euro 1298-

((Euro 840 + ((30×7,5) -160)) x €4)) plus 18% VAT

 

For catamarans an entry fee of Euro 1250  plus 18% VAT for the first 15 meters upto 160 sqm, plus € 6 for excess m2 over 160 sqm  plus 18% VAT.

i.e. A 15mx7,5 catamaran will pay participation fee of Euro 1475  (Euro 1250 + 18% VAT )
i.e. A 65 feet (20m x 10 m) catamaran will pay participation fee of Euro 1758

(( 1250+ ((200-160) x € 6)) plus 18% VAT.

 

REGISTRATION FEES FOR YACHTS REPRESENTED BY NON-TYBA MEMBERS

For monohulls up to 23,99m and 160 m2 ( LOA x Beam) entry fee is  1000 Euro plus 18% VAT, in excess of 23,99 meters and over 160 m2 the entry fee is calculated basis € 6 per excess sqm over 160 m2.

 

i.e. A 22m x 6 m  monohulls will pay participation fee of Euro 1180 (Euro 1000 plus  18% VAT)
i.e. A LOA 30m by 7,5m monohull will pay participation fee of Euro 1640,20

((Euro 1000 + ((30×7,5) -160)) x €6)) plus 18% VAT

 

For catamarans an entry fee of Euro 1500  plus 18% VAT for the first 15 meters or 160 sqm plus € 7 for excess m2 over 160 sqm  plus 18% VAT.
i.e. A 15mx7,5 catamaran will pay participation fee of Euro 1770  (Euro 1500 + 18% VAT )
i.e. A 65 feet (20m x 10 m) catamaran will pay participation fee of Euro 2100,40

(( 1500+ ((200-160) x € 7)) plus 18% VAT.

 

 

When calculating participation fee of yachts, lengths with decimals between .01 – 0.49 will be rounded down to the nearest integer while lengths with decimal places between 0.50-0.99 will be rounded up to the nearest integer.

Length which will be used in calculating participation fee will be the same length that is submitted by the yacht’s Owner or Central Agent when completing the Yacht Registration Form and it can not be any different then the length shown in the Show catalogue, extra charges apply for the higher length if there is discrepancy between the lengths, show committee has full right to ask for actual measurement of the yacht participating if in dispute.

YACHT PAYMENTS: Yachts accepted to the show will need to pay their initial registration fee of 50% in 10 days after the acceptance letter is sent to their CA’s in order to be displayed as an attending yacht. The balance to be paid latest by 21 March, 2023 which is also the deadline for early registration.

CANCELLATION: Yacht registration fees are non-refundable and not transferable, Show Committee has right to decide and accept or decline transfer of funds for another yacht’s participation by the same CA if there is attendance availability at the pier or at the anchorage.

 

Central Agents attending the show to represent an attending yacht will also need to register as a Broker. Terms and fees under the ‘Brokers’ section will be applied.

 

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 21 March 2023, ALL THE ATTENDANCE FEES AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL BE INCREASED BY 30%
